We are seeking a creative individual with good problem solving skills to help develop and implement tailored marketing strategies on a full-time basis. This role will focus on creating new methods, optimizing marketing systems, and improving overall marketing performance. No experience needed, only a creative mind and a determination to fix any problems that occur.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Strategy Developer, you'll be responsible for creating and optimizing marketing methods that are creative and that drive results. You’ll collaborate with our team to develop creative strategies and leverage various marketing channels to maximize audience engagement and business growth. For example: Taking a TikTok trend, changing things to refresh it and using it on 10 profiles at once, finding a way to make multiple accounts without getting blocked.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies for client campaigns.
Analyze marketing data and adjust strategies for maximum performance.
Monitor and optimize marketing systems to improve engagement and ROI.
Post or manage your marketing systems on a daily basis.
Hire and manage a team working on your marketing systems
